Business delivery conditions

When ordering our product, first contact us via the form.

After a telephone or written (via e-mail) agreement, send a written order with all the details of the required product, i.e. dimensions, color, method of execution, materials ...

Our company will then ask you through an advance invoice to pay a deposit, which represents 50% of the total estimated price of the product (s), which is (are) the subject of a specific order.

After the required deposit has been credited to our account, the delivery period for our products begins to run. It is usually three weeks, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We will inform you in writing about the completion of your ordered products with us, either by SMS message or by e-mail.

After the chosen method of transporting Marendana products, we will send you the shipment. The specified delivery period ends on the date of dispatch. You can take over our products after paying a surcharge from the total price of the ordered goods with the price of postage, at the latest upon physical receipt.
